EVERYTHING ABOUT RARE BREED TRIGGER

I've a Toro 2100 squall which is leaking grass slowly. Really don't know if it is the tank or fuel line or ...It is a forced reset trigger.  Once the bolt cycles again, it pushes the super basic safety lever back which rotates the drum that goes in the protection lever gap.  That drum includes a ramp area which interfaces using a ramp on the tail
